Terms and Conditions

Using This Website

This website belongs to Solar Installation Allen, a solar company working with homeowners in and around Allen, Texas. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please stop using the site. Our line at (972) 636-4883 is the best place to share your concerns, and we're glad to hear them.

The Information Is General

Our pages explain how solar panel installation, battery storage, solar repair, panel cleaning and roof-mounted solar usually work. Every house is different, especially older ones with past repairs or outdated wiring, so nothing on this site is a quote, a design or professional advice for your specific home.

Any savings, timelines or system details you read about are general descriptions. The real answer for your home comes from talking with us and, when it makes sense, a look at your roof and electrical setup.

How Contact Works

The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. When you call, the details you share help us understand your home and your questions. Calling us does not commit you to any work, and it does not create a contract on its own.

Work Is Agreed Separately

If you decide to move forward with a project, the scope, price and other terms are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement, not this website, is what governs the job. Where the two differ, the written agreement wins.

Accuracy and Updates

We try to keep these pages correct and current, but solar equipment, utility rules and permit practices change over time. We may update, add or remove content whenever we need to, and we can't promise every page is free of errors at every moment.

Limits of Responsibility

You use this website at your own discretion. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the general information here without speaking with us first. Please don't start electrical or roof work on your home based on what you read online.

Ownership and Governing Law

The words and images on this site belong to Solar Installation Allen and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. These terms fall under the laws of the State of Texas. If you have a question about anything on this page, we're happy to talk it through when you reach us at (972) 636-4883.
