What Happens When You Call

We ask a few plain questions first. What are you after: new panels, battery storage, solar repair or panel cleaning? When was your home built? Older houses often carry past electrical work, an aging main panel or roof patches nobody wrote down, so knowing the age helps us plan before anyone sets up a ladder.

From there we explain the next step, usually a visit to look at your roof, your electrical panel and any existing system. We tell you what we find, share photos and put the estimate in writing so you can decide at your own pace. The call itself is just a conversation about your home, with no pressure to commit to anything.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. A rough idea of when your home was built and when the roof was last replaced.
  2. A recent electric bill, so we can talk about how much power your home actually uses.
  3. Any notes on past electrical work, such as a panel upgrade or added circuits.
  4. If you already have panels, the original installer's name and any error codes or warning lights you have noticed.
